Ingredients: Octopus (70,8%), Olive Oil (27,6%), Garlic (0,8%) and Salt.
Store at ambient temperature. If not completely consumed, store in sealed container and put in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
Boil small potatoes. In a frying pan, pour the olive oil from the tins, 2 garlic cloves (smashed with skin), 1 bay leaves, 1 sprig of rosemary, 2 sprigs of thyme and parsley. Place the octopus in the pan, cover and let it simmer until golden brown in colour on both sides.
