Grape Varieties: 50% Alicante Bouschet, 25% Touriga Nacional 25% Aragonez.
Tasting Notes: Dark-ruby coloured. It exhibits ripe black fruit aromas, hinting at jam, blended with some spices. The palate is intense, complex and velvety with firm, supple tannins ensuring good longevity.
Best Served at 10 to 12 degrees
Pairing Suggestions: Both wines are more medium to full bodied, hence will be good to pair the white with something that has a sauce – like black pepper chicken/beef. For the red, it will be excellent with a grilled steak!
